By accessing our website or booking our tours, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2.1 Tour Services

We provide guided tours in Chicago, including but not limited to:

  • Chicago Fire TV Show Set Tours

  • Chicago Scenic Driving Tours
  • Shameless TV Show Locations Tours
  • Home Alone & Chicago Movies Locations Tours (Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, The Dark Knight, The Untouchables, The Blues Brothers & Others) 
  • Private Airport Transfers
  • Personalized Private Rides
  • Custom Chicago tours

2.2 Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received
  • Tour details and meeting points will be provided upon booking confirmation

  • 2.3 Independent Tour Operator and Transportation Provider No Affliliation

  • Deenil Experiences (Deenil Groups LLC) is independent and has no affiliation with the Chicago Fire Department, Chicago Police Department, Networks, Studios or Production Companies.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Tour Pricing

  • All prices are in US Dollars
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Quoted prices include applicable taxes
  • Additional charges may apply for locations beyond 5 miles from downtown Chicago

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout
  • All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customers

  • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before tour start time
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before tour start time
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before tour start time
  • No refund for no-shows

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions
  • Insufficient participants
  • Circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Tour Rules and Conduct

5.1 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
  • Follow tour guide instructions
  • Respect filming locations and private property
  • Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the tour

5.2 Photography and Recording

  • Personal photography is permitted unless otherwise specified
  • Commercial photography requires prior written permission
  • Recording of ongoing film productions is strictly prohibited

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Physical Requirements

  • Customers must be able to board and alight from the vehicle independently or walk for approximately 2 hours if you choose the walking tour.
  • Customers are responsible for assessing their fitness for tour participation

6.2 Safety Measures

  • Tours will follow current health and safety guidelines
  • We reserve the right to modify tours for safety reasons
  • Customers must comply with all safety instructions

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage during tours
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or changes due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Third-party services or venues

7.2 Insurance

  • Customers are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance
  • We maintain appropriate business insurance coverage

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website is our intellectual property
  • Tour materials, routes, and scripts are proprietary
  • Use of our content without permission is prohibited
