Deen was the best tour guide, very humble, jovial and very knowledgeable. He got stuck in traffic but not only informed us well in advance but also gave us more than extra time to visit places and made our day. We highly recommend Deen!

Absolutely amazing experience! My wife is a huge fan of Chicago Fire, PD, and Med, and this tour was a dream come true for her.(and I enjoyed it as much) Deen went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. We visited all the iconic locations, stepped inside the firehouse to see the truck, kitchen, and emergency call area, and she even got to ride the fire truck! And stand behind Molly’s bar, like a bartender! Deen was incredibly kind, accommodating, and even took us to extra photo spots. If you’re a fan of these shows, this tour is a must. We are huge Chicago Fire, PD and Med fans and this private tour was perfect for a birthday gift. Two hours was just the right length and the best part was talking to actual CFD firemen and getting a tour of the working firehouse. We got to sit in the engine and take all the photos we wanted. Deen was a great guide and made sure we got to visit lots of additional Chicago landmarks during the tour. Worth every penny for tv show fans!
