We provide guided tours in Chicago, including but not limited to:

2.2 Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received
  • Tour details and meeting points will be provided upon booking confirmation

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Tour Pricing

  • All prices are in US Dollars
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Quoted prices include applicable taxes
  • Additional charges may apply for locations beyond 5 miles from downtown Chicago

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout
  • All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customers

  • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before tour start time
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before tour start time
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before tour start time
  • No refund for no-shows

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions
  • Insufficient participants
  • Circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Tour Rules and Conduct

5.1 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
  • Follow tour guide instructions
  • Respect filming locations and private property
  • Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the tour

5.2 Photography and Recording

  • Personal photography is permitted unless otherwise specified
  • Commercial photography requires prior written permission
  • Recording of ongoing film productions is strictly prohibited

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Physical Requirements

  • Customers must be able to walk for approximately 2 hours
  • Customers are responsible for assessing their fitness for tour participation

6.2 Safety Measures

  • Tours will follow current health and safety guidelines
  • We reserve the right to modify tours for safety reasons
  • Customers must comply with all safety instructions

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage during tours
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or changes due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Third-party services or venues

  • Customers are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance
